    To post an ad you must first have an account. You then choose one option from our subscription plans, make payment for the subscription, then click on the button placed in the bottom right-hand corner “Post Ad”.

    You can create your own personal account by clicking on the “Register” button placed at the top right-hand corner of the homepage. Just follow the steps & fill out the information required then you will be up and running. We are GDPR compliant so all your personal information saved is solely for your own personal use on this website.

  • What payment methods are available?

    You have the choice of making payment by PayPal or by using Stripe to enter your debit card details.

  • How can I view my previous orders?

    Your previous orders can be viewed from your dashboard on your personal account. Just open your dashboard by clicking on your profile icon situated in the top right-hand corner of the page, then choose “Package History”.

    You can search for any part on this website by using our filtered search near the top of the homepage. You must fill out each field: Part Category -> Part Sub-Category -> Make -> Series -> Model You also have the option in our advanced search to choose the condition of the part you require: New, Used or Both Or/And by typing a keyword or OEM reference into the search bar.

  • Can I purchase parts directly from this website?

    No, you must contact the seller yourself directly to purchase any part advertised on this website. New & Used Tractor Parts is not responsible for any purchasing/transactions of any parts advertised on this website.

  • How can I find a sellers contact details?

    You can find a sellers details at the top of any ad page by clicking on the “Click To View” telephone symbol or by clicking on the sellers profile in the top right hand corner of an ad page where they can display their telephone, email & address details.

  • Can I contact a seller directly through the website?

    Yes, you can send the seller a personal message which they will receive directly on their dashboard. The “Send Message” option is located directly under the sellers profile in the top right hand corner of any ad page.
